We all know Sunray is very common for watch dials. many many dials in sunray finishing, no matter minimalistic watch dial, busines watch dial, or 2 layers dials, they are mainly made by polished machines as I showed before. This time we introduce another way to make the sunray surface. it was done by polished wheel machine too but with water on it. and it also has 2 wheels for polishing, Each dial goes by first wheel drop water on it, then rotate few seconds, it goes second wheel for double polished again. By this procedure, the watch dials are more high quality and more gorgeous than nomral sunray process. as you know, it also takes longer time too. more time and nicer finishing are the reason why it comes. Finally how it looks different by both manufacturing way. I will show you in next time.
