In Watch case workshop, there are many machines for process the case, CNC machines for watch bezel, case and drilled holes for watch crown, even so simple hole for crown, there are 5 drilled tool for it. As we know, the case have many finishing for surface, such as full polished, full brushed, or combine with polished and brushed, nowadays it is quite common choice for watch, as the brushed and polished finishing have the color contrast. it is more impressive. even the brushing, there are several options, vertical brushing, horiztonal brushed, circle brushed, sandblasted. They look different, so the machines also are different. you can imagine all machines are in the workshop for case manufacturing.
Today we introduce the horizontal brushed on the side of watch cases. this is how the brushing made. there is a horizontal brushed wheel as a tool, then put the side of case on it to rub the surface. if you want to thin brush finishing, change the grinding wheel to thin one. of course, if you want it to be rough in masculine style, choose a crude grinding wheel.
In the end of Video, you can see the difference of process and unprocess cases. the unprocess one keep the original surface from the blank. of course, we will do the further finishing for other part of the case. like Lugs, btw lugs, lug edges and so on...
