This is interesting video to show you the watch dial production for 2 finishing in one day.
Firstly, we do the sunray finishing as usual by machine, then we print the color to cover the part of sunray pattern, like below the green color. then we put the sandcloth moving from centre to edge like below video then it would come circle brushing.
After finish the brushing, we will wash the green color by chemical. then you will see half in Sunray and half in circle brushing. Finally we plate the color on watch dial to assembly to Stainless steel watch case to be a fashion watch.
