Do you know how to assembly the watch hands on Chronograph watch?
It is quite interesting.
There are needle on movement to fit the watch hands. so when put the watch dial on movement, you can see the needles through the holes, use the tools to put the 3 small second hands on each subdial of Watch dial. it is import to put the hands position at beginning like 12H, 24H 60H. it is a way to make sure the hands runns precise. after finish these 3 hands, then start to assembly the hour hand on the bottom of central hole. the minute hand as well, the last hand is second hand, of course, some watches have no big second hand. only 2 hands at centre. also need to put these 3 hands in same position of 12H. it is very important rule. you can't assembly the hands in any position. that means the wrong time on watch. the most important is to check the space btw each hand. to make sure they are running well, no blocks. after finish the hands assembly. we put it to the watch case. after that, put the watch on table to check the time running 48H, if everything is fine, okey to ship it. ( of course, we would not forget the Water resistance test)
