It is interesting to see the assembly the watch, esp the tourbillon watch. below video you can see how to assembly the watch hands on Mechanical movement. It is Hangzhou 3650 series.
Firstly: put the watch dial on the top of movement acc to crown position. lock dial feet by screws or hooks acc to movement instruction.
Secondly: Clamp the hour hand on hour hand fitting, use the tool to press a bit like below. this is a skilled job. need some practice to be nice work.
Thirdly: same way as 2nd, just put the minute hand on top of hour hand.
Once again, to put hands on 12H position to start assembly. this is very important. and from the video, you can see our Master is adjust the distance btw hour and min hands. as this is Tourbillon movement, we don't havbe big second hands, the tourbillon postion is for second hand.
