For all goods we produce, no matter watches or watch parts, we all 100% quality check before shippping to avoid any extra cost or work and to reduce the returning by defective goods. so the last step before packing, we have QC to check them one by one like below video for watch hands. if any dust or dirt, clean it by cleaning cloth. if can't clean it, put it aside as unqualified goods. of course, it is last step to control the quality to make sure no defective goods to customers. during production, we also have PQC in worshop. After Polishing or diamond cut machine. Quality check as well, After painting the colors or plating colors, we have QC to check as well. All works in same goal. good quality goods to Customers and improve customer satisfaction.
