In the video of Apr, we introduced how to print the watch dials on slant surface by PAD printing. today there is another way for dial printing. we called it Silk printing. it likes old film camera for taking photos. there is a FILM for printing text. One film for one color only. if there are 2 colors, then need to make 2 films, and so on. Like below video, print the black on the circle, then we need to print the hour markers above the black area. actually we print the lume on watch dial or index in same way. We put the lume on the top to replace the ink. actually 80% watch dial in this way for printing. it is very common way for dial printing. and watch hands printing in same machine too. so in our watch hands workshop, we have several same silk printing machines as well. it is widely used for watch parts production as it is effective and economic.
