Today I would like to show you the sandblasted process. we have a big machine like a big barrel. put the dials on metal tray as order, inside machine, there are 2 tracks like railroad to move slowly forward and make sure these watch dials in grinding wheel for better effect. it takes5-10 minutes to finish this step. but also need to adjust the parameter on machine to make sure the sandblalst in good condition. if too thin, need to adjust it to make it rough enough. so we need to adjust these data before mass production. once it confirms. we go on production in same data. After finish it, need to put dials into the water for clean. of course the sandblasted not only for watch dial, but also for watch case finishing and watch bezel. it is common to have sandblasted finishing and high polishing in same watch to have contrast in beauty.
