Manufacturing the Watch parts, like Watch case, watch bezel, some high quality watch dial, we use more and more CNC machines to make it precise. Such as Watch crown at case, drill the holes for it. there are 5 drills to finish it. From Layman, there is only a hole for crown. but for us, to make it in water-resistance, we can't miss any part for it.
as watch parts manufacturing is very very detailed wrok, once there is a mistake, maybe it is unquality goods. no water-resisitance and can't match with other parts.
so we prefer the CNC machine to make it every step in exact figures. and some small part to process like construction of watch case.

after that, the last thing is finishing, it is well-skilled work for workers. A good and careful worker can make a high quality finishing for Luxury watch.
Like above video, the worker put the blank of bezel into the machine, then the computer will help to process the inside construction, stages, teeth, or facet. after it, it is nearly done. we just need to do the finishing of surface.
