This is first step in our watch dial workshop. we prepare the brass material, make a mould for dial diameter and centre hole, fix position on bottom to make sure the punching machine in right place and the central hole and dial diameter are same as order. from below video, it looks so easy to punch the dial off them brass plate.we do a lot of preparation job before start the machine. Our purpose is to make the watch dials in perfect looking as ordered. Every step is very important to make the final effect of watch dials. every small mistkes will ruin the dials, then we need to start again from beginning.
The second step is the index hole if there are applied index on dials. if not, only printing markers, we will attach the dial legs on back of dials. To make a complete watch dial, There are more 20 steps to finish the dial process. we even need to send dials for plating color from plating factory and painting watch dial by our workshop. we have several painting room for it.
