As we know there are many designs and colors on watch dials. how to make the colors? in the past, maybe paint the color by hand, Nowadays, We have more choices. some color like Silver, Gold, Chrome, Rosegold, Dark metalgun, they are plated colors by plating factory. Due to environment issue, the plating factory is not common as before. each industrial zone, will arrange plating factory with Environment certificate to make sure the plating process in order and protect the environment. And for some other colors, they are made by Sprayers like below. it was done internal of our factory. we have painting room for colors in watch dial workershop. the workers make the colors acc to Pantone number or Sample for reference. before mass production, they will confirm the colors. if it is repeated order, they have the old sample in hand for reference to make sure same color as last orders. During the painting watch dial, our workers are very professional for color mixture.
we also have 2 style of sprayers, one is like below in worker's hand. another is done automatically, workers only set the data on machine. no need worker's hand hold it. I will show you the video next time.
