In the watch dial workshop, we have many machines to produce the watch dials, punch the diameter of watch dial, punch the holes for index, CD pattern, dial legs attaching, more 20 machines for it. Today I show you the machine for punch the holes for index, it is second step for dial manufacturing.it is clear in video. Firstly we make a index hole mould for it, put the mould on punching machine. and fix a position on bottom, put the dials on the position, once start the machine, a big pressure on it the index holes are ready. holes diameter is very important,too big, when put the index on, you will see the hole. too small, can't assembly the index on it. it has to be matched the feet of applied index on dial.
So in manufacturing the watch dial, we have many steps for it. every step is important and unique. and they have to connect and match well to make a perfect watch dial for a high quality Mechanical watch or Quartz watch for Man or Woman. we also produce different holes for dials, such as holes for Stones, Diamonds, Baguettes or metal holders. it would be many different shapes for holes too. There are more 100 styles for it. then it matches to perfect watch case and nice watch hands to be a Fashion Watch too.
