As we all know that the Watch hands are made from Brass material. so we buy the Brass roll from supplier for manufacturing like below video, then assembly the watch hand mould in machine for preparation, Pull the brass material under the machine, then punch the hands from mould by pressure. At the end of machine, cut the hands in one row for 50pcs. these cutted watch hands in bulk pack.These are for next production step. like Polished quality, fixed the rows in tool for polishing process. and for diamond cut quality, worker will cut these hands from these rows, then lay then in a big metal tool for diamond cut machine. some tools are square, it is for watch hands with facet on middle, some in round shape, it is for domed shape, and machines for polishing also different for different requirement.
